When you call, you're talking to the same company that comes out to look at the door. What makes a quote accurate is knowing the door's size (single or double), whether it's original to the house or already replaced once, what's failing specifically, and - if you know it - roughly how old the opener is. Photos help. What we can't price sight unseen is anything involving the door's structural condition: rot in a wood frame, rust that's eaten into track brackets, or damage hidden behind a panel. That gets confirmed on site, and we'll tell you before we start work if the number changes from what we quoted over the phone.
